Southeast Alabama Community Theatre performs at two main venues. One is the Dothan Opera House. This historic building was built in 1914–15 as a municipal auditorium by the growing town. The Dothan Opera House is located at 115 North St. Andrews Street.

The other is The Cultural Arts Center, located at 909 South St. Andrews Street in Dothan. Housed in old Southside Elementary School, the Center has been renovated to accommodate various arts organizations in the Wiregrass, providing a venue for talented artists to gather and perform, and a home for providing exposure to the arts to underserved children and seniors.
